Hey, I am confirm this bug on ubuntu 8.10 64 bit, my notebook is also a HP NX7400 with an intel I945GMA on board graphical chip. Anyone who knows a solution? Sometimes when my wifi is not unabled, my notebook goes into sleep when closing the lid, so I suspect that this bug has something to do with the intel wifi chipset my notebook uses.
