Hi!

Elias K Gardner: I don't think this would be so tricky, just check whetever the 
connection is wired or not, if it is wired the user probably don't expect the 
popup, if not show the popup and a "don't display this message again"-checkbox.
Also you can offer the user to switch on or off the popup-message :-)

Okey... thought i hade associtated the bug with network-manager-applet 
(Ubuntu)??
Hope this one gets fixed soon, even if it's not a critical one it's still a 
little bit annoying :-)
