Okay, a little more diagnostic information here. Windows created prior to loading the Wine 3D app will scroll properly; windows created after the fact do not. Minimizing a window that was created first (and scrolls properly) and subsequently unminimizing it will cause the scroll-hangup issue to affect that window as well.
