Well, I think its ubuntu problem. Currently I'm on Ubuntu i686 8.10 with manually installed fglrx 8.11 and the same error occurs, but this time, I've managed to get 3D working as it suppose to.
Anyway I've tested fglrx 8.11 on ubuntu amd64 8.10 daily-build 16.XI.2008 and the problem remains, although 3D works. Dunno what to check more.
