Sorry for flooding bug comment. I can now confirm that this bug doesn't
exist for me and I have get rid of my bug, too. Kernel parameters
"acpi=force nolapic noapic idle=halt" solved my problems. And these
"ifconfig : pcnet_open (ei_watchdog)" I have only with ethernet cable
pluged in so I think it must be much traffic on ethernet waking up CPU
from idle. Interesting that limiting CPU idle state to C0-C1 with HALT
eats less power than default C0-C3 and with HALT I have fan working only
when CPU usage is high.
