It happens to me out of the box with Intrepid. This is on an MSi Wind, so I suppose the "underpoweredness" of the machine is an important factor. But this should not happen. It is particularly noticable here, with almost any webpage. For instance in this launchpad page, if I'm at the top of the page and press the down key until the scollbar reaches the middle position, and then release the key, scrolling continues for *several seconds* until the bottom of the page is reached.
