Well, something has changed. The X terminal is back on F7; but still not
working right.

I restarted and cycled through the Ctrl-Alt-Fx combinations:
F1-F6 -> tty1-tty6
F7 -> blank screen
F8 -> boot messages
F9-F12 -> blank screen

I went back to F7 and Ctrl-Alt-Backspace to restart X: worked.
However, if a switch to any other Fx it goes back to a blank screen on F7.

Then I tested suspend-resume:

On resume I get a blank screen (not even backlight). If I hit C-A-F7 right
after resume I don't get any response.
However, if I switch to any other Fx, I get a blank screen and only then I can
go back to F7 to get my normal login screen.

So now in other to get my login screen after resume I have to switch to
any Fx and then back to F7.

I'm re-attaching my Xorg.0.log in case it contains new information.

Thanks & regards,
Alfonso
