It hangs detecting (?) acpi devices. last two messages are: ACPI: Sleep Button (CM) [SLPB] ACPI: Battery Slot [BAT1] (battery present)
before that it detects AC Adapter, Power Button (FM), Lid Switch and Power Button (CM).
