Public bug reported: Fiesy on this platform was fine, but under Intrepid only 640x480 and 800x600 screen resolutions offered despite 1024x768 being native.
xrandr refuses to allow a new mode definition:- [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ xrandr --newmode "1024x768" 63.50 1024 1072 1176 1328 768 771 775 798 -hsync +vsync [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ xrandr --addmode default 1024x768 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ xrandr --output default --mode 1024x768 xrandr: Configure crtc 0 failed Adding:- SubSection "Display" Depth 24 Modes "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480" EndSubSection to xorg.conf makes no difference.
