Public bug reported:

At the end of the usual (and automatic) software update I received a message 
saying that 2 items couldn't be installed.
Inbetween I was visualizing the side-by-side comparison between previous 
samba.cfg and new samba.cfg to decide whether I allowed the overwrite or not.
