OK, Its working now. This is what I did: I made a new backup of my evolution emails in Hardy. Then I tried to import them in Fedora 10. With Fedora 10 I had exactly the same behaviour (stopped at 0%) but it gave a bug report. I decided to delete .evolution from my Home. I uninstalled and reinstalled evolution. After of that I tried to open Evolution and worked perfectly. That was with fedora 10. So I did the same with ubuntu 8.10 but before of that I did the "GDB stacktrace" that hggdh asked. I have attached the result here. After of that, I deleted .evolution from my Home, I uninstalled and reinstalled evolution. Then the migration was successfully, it took a few seconds only. Now is working good.
