Hi, my laptop seems to be affected by this bug in Intrepid, although in Hardy it did recovered fine (the fan) from hibernation. With time, the laptop overheats and I have to do a reboot.
My laptop is a Compal IFL90. Let me now if more information is required. Strangely, the soundcard which didn't recover from hibernation in 8.04 now recovers fine.
