Ubuntu 6.10 Live Cd Works !!!
Problem seems to be the graphics device....

It does not load properly with my ASUS with Intel Extreme Graphics
(Built On Motherboard) SVGA Output to Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 71 -
Screen goes BSOD but CTRL-ALT-F1through6 works Just F7 is BSOD....

But Same Live CD-Rom Disk Loads Directly and works on this following
system.

E-machines T1120
Intel Celeron Processor 1.2 ghz
512 MB Ram

Important Notes: Emachines is using
3D AGP Graphics Intel Direct APG
Using a ProView 17" Monitor

I do not know why but my Emachines is a few years older and my ASUS is
P4P800 MX and has Pentium 4.

I don't believe this problem is related directly to the Radeon type
Cards nor is it limited to the Intel Graphics Cards.

I have ruled out the problem having any descrimination between AMD and
Intel Chipsets.

It is Xorg related and has to do directly with 85HZ that is the default
start (Main BSOD problem) as some monitors require a device driver to be
installed before they will accept these ranges (or they cannot accept
85HZ signals at all !!) If we can figure out how to change the default
HZ value at boot then we will have solved our problem !!
