That corrected my problem! As you say, PCM was muted! Thanks a lot, goto. Anyway, I don't know whether close this bug, since I did not ever muted PCM; updating to 8.10 did that for me. Maybe the bug as a "bug" itself should be marked as "fixed" whenever that issue doesn't occurr. But maybe that won't ever happen. What do you think about this?
