here is today log

Last operations i did:
-switch to tty1 and give <Alt><SysRq><1> to change loglevel to 1
-give <Alt><SysRq><T> to show tasks
-shutdown
-notice the usual hang
-give another time <Alt><SysRq><T>
-give the usual <Alt><SysRq><O> to shutdown
-reboot
-cat /var/log/kern.log and cut today first session log

in this log the problem should be clearly recognisable (from a person who knows
what to search)
hope it helps
