Daniel T Chen: this is not reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04 afaik, no. but it still remains as a problem in 8.04. even though kubuntu (!) 8.04 is not a LTS release a lot of people will stick with it until they find kde4 usable (i know quite a few of them) so it would still be a great idea to fix this one. it's more than obvious that this is a bug so what do we need to do to fix it?
