System Monitor 2.22.3
Starting system monitor 'System' - 'Administration' menu sometimes
results in the application not starting ('Starting System Monitor'
displaying at bottom panel, cursor changes to 'Wait').
If started from a terminal window 'Floating point exception' error is
shown.
Happens approx 20-30% of the time with no (as yet) apparent pattern of
cause.
