Binary package hint: service-discovery-applet
But it so easily could since it already has a nautilus plugin and
nautilus supports smb protocol.
The attached patch declares support for _smb._tcp and implements it the
same way as all other are implemented.
I also fixed the coding statement in the top of the file by lower casing
it as my emacs was complaining that it was an error to use UTF-8
