Unfortunately not. To my knowledge KCrash doesn't save the backtraces anyway. For what it's worth: there have been repeatedly reports about KMail with IMAP going down and taking data with it.
But it's not really necessary to have a backtrace to tell you that it this crash probably appeared because of the design shortcomings in KMail. The good news is, KDEPim is going to start using Akonadi (a completely new approach to store PIM data) in 4.2 and once KMail makes full use of it I am very confident that for one data should be a lot more secure and for another KMail with IMAP shouldn't crash (like not at all). I am marking the bug as invalid since we can't precisely trace the issue, but it will be fixed by Akonadi most likely. ** Changed in: kdepim (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- kontact crashed with no crash handler https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/305431 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kdepim in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
