The last line in the file: deb http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/intrepid.list maint. This is wrong. Since your sources.list is really long and confusing, I'd recommend to delete the content of that file. In order to do that, type sudo gedit in a Terminal and open the file, delete all the content and save. Then make a new sources.list as described in: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu After that you can add the Medibuntu repository as described in: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu If you have any questions, feel free to ask. :)
