Okay, I gave up and installed xpdf. But how does one use it? I don't see any way of adjusting print settings. Is there a man page I failed to download? I can't find anything on their site.
I've figured out that a right-click brings up a limited menu, but there's no help file. The "?" is only the "About" box.
