This happened because of my lack of knowledge in GRUB I managed to fix this after some research, apparently i didn't know that GRUB use a different kind of numbering of partitions (e.g 1 in mbr means 0 in GRUB)
and after all I did install GRUB into (hd0) as default, and it works fine.
