To me, it happened after having transferred a 245MB video on my Creative Zen X-Fi 16GB. Everything seemed to be ok, but when i tried to close the application (Ctrl+Q) at the end of the transfer it seemed to be frozen, then it crashed. My Zen device remained hanged too, and I had to reboot it from the Reset button.
