I have some other clues about the problem. I have realized  that tar has
used an iso-8859-1 encoding and therefore I couldn't see it correctly.
But, if I change the encoding in konsole, for example, the names are
correctly shown.

I read somewhere that kubuntu uses as standard UTF8. How can I tell tar
that I want the files to be in UTF8 encoded?
