This bug also appears to keep setups from being able to store drafts and
sent messages to imap accounts.
This really needs to be backported to intrepid-updates as it is a major
usability issue in evolution. I may have to convert back to Hardy
otherwise as Thunderbird is so broken for imap I can't even consider
moving over to it. :-\
