I also have the same or at least a similar issue. I don't see the BUG message, but a kernel panic occurs often when roaming between access points.
The system is a Dell Vostro 1510 with iwl3945 using WPA2-PSK. I encountered this problem with different combinations of access points (Asus, Linksys, Apple Airport) but only when roaming from one access point to another.
