Hi Brian, It definitely doesn't work for me, and I am still learning the ins and outs of linux so figuring some of these things out is a bit difficult. I was able to read these files in GIMP with no problems, but did not try this until I had installed a library that specifically supports pcx format files. I have attached a sample file. Perhaps there is something I have done wrong, but the odd thing is that gthumb recognizes it as a legitimate graphics file and provides pixel counts, but displays a blank box in place of the graphic.

What doesn't work is Eye of Gnome Image Viewer. Are you sure it doesn't work for gThumb? Also, a sample image might be helpful. ** Changed in: gthumb (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete ** Attachment added: "1TBPRE.PCX" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/20625270/1TBPRE.PCX -- PCX file format not supported https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/309866 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
