4) What happened instead
The download notifier (beware: not the download window!) appear after a
download is completed. It appears in the right-bottom corner of the screen,
right where the workspace switcher is (hiding it for few annoying seconds,
exactly when one wants to switch workspace to use the downloaded file). There
isn't any obvious way of disabling this (unlike the download window).
3) What you expected to happen
Either a way of disabling this notification, or putting it few pixel above,
like the Thunderbird notifications which do not hide the panel.
