and for those with incompatible graphic card on a desktop computer like
me, a fool-proof way to get your computer graphic to work while awaiting
better fixes, this is what you can do:

open up your CPU (remove all the choking dust), remove your graphic card
(be gentle), and store it in a safe place. In the meantime, connect your
monitor directly to your motherboard's graphic output.
