Disappear in what way? Did you "/save" after you "/channel add" them? Do you have "/set settings_autosave" turned off? Or do you expect to have a window for them? I would like you to inspect your settings_autosave setting, try to get used to type /save (and propably even "/layout save" before that). If they are gone from "/channel list" it might mean that you didn't /save after you added them and that autosave was turned off or you connected too quickly after adding it?
