By disappear, I mean that they did no longer appear in my '/channel list', and I did not autojoin the channels, even though I added them with the -auto parameter. settings_autosave is ON.
I tried adding the channel I lost most recently, then joining it, then /layout save, then /save. It didn't make any difference. Also, it seems it's not necessarily the most recent added channel that gets removed. I added #freenet and #freenet-chat (in that order), and the first time, #freenet-chat disappeared. I re-added #freenet-chat, and the next time, #freenet disappeared.
