Now I testing Kubuntu Jaunty 9.04 and I have the same performance issues. It *could* be the same problem as described in this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video- intel/+bug/303011
Moreover I have quite some graphical issues f.e. if I maximise a window or view images in fullscreen mode.
