Binary package hint: transmission
I'm running an up-to-date copy of Ubuntu 8.10 and the included version
of Transmission is v1.3.4. I've been struggling with a download for the
past several days and finally realized that the reported bandwidth usage
was completely wrong. (I compared the local-reported download speed to
the tracker's report.)
Apparently this is a known bug with this version of Transmission, and
the latest version from the developer is v1.4.2. When will this be
added to the repositories? I'm assuming this will fix my problem.
