After nearly two months, the problem persists. Just in case it's of some help, the MS PowerPoint viewer will make a weird 8bit-like sound.
It has been tested with latest updated from 8.10 & OO.org 2.4 and I can't find any progress at all. Is there any further testing needed that could help devs? I consider this bug to be a stopper for many eeepc-like users... which Ubuntu have as part of its wider audience. I attach another file for testing purposes. ** Attachment added: "A simpl PPS file that triggers the error" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/20899707/Hermoso%20Paris.pps -- OpenOffice.org Impress: Faltering embedded sound in PPS files https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/298494 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
