Public bug reported: Running Hardy, on a laptop Lenovo T61p, with kernel 2.6.24-22-generic #1 SMP Mon Nov 24 18:32:42 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux If I plug a USB key right after the boot, it works fine. "lsusb" shows me the usb stuff available on that computer. If I don't plug anything in the USB plug, and wait for maybe half an hour or more after I boot, the USB doesn't work when I plug something in it. "lsusb" hangs then when I want to run it. I have to reboot to make it works, and of course, plug right after the boot, the usb device I need. Francois
