Binary package hint: totem
The area that displays video constantly flickers, and shows over
whatever programs are on top of it. When using the previous version of
Ubuntu (8.04) the problem didn't seem to exist, but I upgraded to 8.10
64bit and the problem has presented itself. Unable to uninstall and
reinstall both versions of Totem due to background operation preventing
deletion.
