I apologize, My distro is the latest ubuntu edgy(exact version number I cannot access, having trouble with ubuntu right now), and the version of the app is the same as what's available if you download using ubuntu's app download manager, via add/remove. a crash file unfortunately will be beyond me, as ubuntu will probably have to be reformatted. But essentially, I loaded sear, clicked around, trying to learn the game, for less than a minute, then it locked up for about a second, I clicked a few times, and it crashed. I have the latest video card drivers and drivers I can get through ubuntu, so that shouldn't be an issue. The game looked interesting, but, it crashed, I tried to get some other devices working in ubuntu, and that has compromised my install(permission issues).
