I install beryl (amd obiuvsoly emerald and friends) with apt by adding this repos to my source.list:
deb http://beryl-mirror.lupine.me.uk edgy all deb-src http://beryl-mirror.lupine.me.uk edgy all I know that it's not packaged by ubuntu, but when it was crashede the launchpad applet in gnome (I don't remember the real name of this applet) tell me to send you the bug report..so I make it ;-) Many many thanks for your attention, and for your work!
