Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

The pasuspender tool shipped with 0.9.13 in Jaunty doesn't seem to work
properly.

pasuspender -- sleep 10s

returns

Failure to suspend: Invalid argument

This problem breaks stuff like the qjackctl wrapper that suspends
pulseaudio before running qjackctl.

It seems to be fixed by this commit upstream:
http://www.pulseaudio.org/changeset/aff72437a6d56739e8ea7a34c746999b8f852529

I guess the fix is part of pulseaudio 0.9.14.
