Hi, I consulted this problem with other guys on Ubuntu forum. The problem occured on some computers during beta updates. Yes, it was a week before the finale release and it was annoying. I had to boot in failsafe mode and then choose the normal boot. I didn't know how to solve it so i reinstalled my system. I'm pretty sure it was a problem which occured just after that update and doesn't occur on new instalations. I have nothing to add, so I think you can close this bug report.
