Intrepid, before ANY upgrades happen (aside from turning on wireless and
gfx) still experiences this problem. I've tried to reproduce it 50 times
now, and have had a system-lockup several times, and the rest of them
network manager says it can't connect to the network: reenter your
stuff. I was not able to switch to a tty when the system locked up, as
the lock up is so unpredictable now. I'm going to run the package
updater now.
