There is no crash file in /var/crash when NetworkManager crashes, so I
am reopening this bug. The only indications that NetworkManager has
crashed are that nm-applet reports "networking is disabled" when I hover
the mouse over it, and "NetworkManager is not running" when I click on
nm-applet, along with the error message in /var/log/messages that I
noted in my original bug report.
