For what it's worth, I can not reproduce this with 2gb of memory and 6 tabs of tmz.com (+about 7 other tabs) in Jaunty. I tried both with NoScript and without.
The entire site seems to be generated by Flash and Javascript. I'm not using Adobe Flash.
