So this document causes Impress (OpenOffice.org Presentation) to crash as soon as it loads? Are you running KDE? If so does setting 'Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org->General->Use OpenOffice.org dialogs' resolve this problem for you? If so this bug will probably be fixed with the next upload sometime next week.
