Please don't build-depend on 1.0 profile libs (libmono-cairo1.0-cil). You'll need to either patch configure to make the check work, pass in CAIRO_CFLAGS and CAIRO_LDFLAGS (or whatever the relevant variables are) in the environment to configure, or some other method.
