I deleted all devices using gnomes "bluetooth-applet" in a terminal and then
closed the terminal stopping the applet
Then I ran kbluetooth4-devicemanager in a terminal
in "select your device" I selected my BT mouse and clicked next, the device
manager crashes with the following output

The mouse still appeared to be in discovery mode.
I disconnected the batteries to my mouse and reconnected it.
It then paired with my laptop OK.
I then re-ran kbluetooth-devicemanager in a new terminal and got the following
output

pa...@illustrious:~$ /usr/bin/kbluetooth4-devicemanager

kbluetooth4-devicemanager no longer runs
I then configured the mouse with Gnomes "bluetooth-applet" as above and closed
the terminal
Then I retried kbluetooth4-devicemanager but it won't run with the following
output which appears identical to the above output apart from the numbers
