Look at bug #307944. Same laptop but i think hardy instead of intrepid. This person does not state where they found the bios issue but does seem to believe that is the problem? Unfortunately for now i am forced to revert back to the dreaded microsoft so if you are able to find something new or help in any way please let me know and again thank you so much for you time spent on this issue!
