Sorry, i thought that this bug was a "ubuntuGIS" bug. My packages will be in the "ubuntuGIS" PPA, not in ubuntu repository. The ubuntu repository are always synchronized with Debian unstable, and mapserver 5.2.1 is still in debian experimental.
