No, Gourmet ships with no recipes by default. We're talking about the
ingredient table, which stores all ingredients used in recipes.

As I said before, a test case would require:

1. Download the latest stable package from gourmet.
2. Create a few recipes with ingredients.
3. Upgrade to the ubuntu package.
4. Notice that your ingredients have disappeared.

I can try to do steps 1 and 2 later tonight and upload them, but I may
not get to it.
