Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Intrepid, updated to 2008-02-03

ffmpeg no longer supports AMR NB or WB. Under Hardy, it used to. The
codec seems to be disabled.

I have installed
   * ffmpeg 3:0.svn20080206-12ubuntu3 from main
   * libavcodec-unstripped-51 3:0.svn20080206-12ubuntu3+unstripped5 from
multiverse.

I do not have a copy of the result under Hardy. I can upload an example
video if necessary, but it probably just needs to be enabled in the
build.

It would be wonderful to get AMR_NB decode back again so that I can
transcode videos from my phone...
